I’ve been in the hair industry since 1994.  Prior to my relocation at Salon Matarazzo; I owned a successful boutique salon in South Bellevue for ten years.  I started as a bridal make-over specialist.  From there I’ve honed my skills through the most advanced and prestigious academies.  I started at the Pivot Point Academy; where I learned to work with international hair textures.  I then furthered my education at The Joico Academy and opened myself to Hair Design stage work for different shows.  After establishing my clientele at a high end Salon in Downtown Bellevue, I advanced my skills at the Vidal Sassoon Education Center in Santa Monica.  I have also had the pleasure of training in London’s Vidal Sassoon International Education Center.  I’ve also taken courses at Tony & Guy Academy in Long Beach, Vidal Sassoon Education Center in San Francisco and Suki International Academy in British Colombia.  I still am continuing to feed my on going thirst for inspiration and education. 

My Specialty is in Haircuts.  The passion I have for my craft derives from my belief that every shape, texture, style and profile combined will be the perfect canvas.  I believe in the right combination of textures and shapes are the keys to unlocking your hair’s true potential.  I also find that it is equally important that a style suits an individual’s taste as well as their lifestyle needs.
