Gwendolyn is a Haircut/Sculpting specialist. Her specialty is sculpting curly, wavy, fine, limp, frizzy or hard to manage hair. She believes whether the hair is worn curly, wavy or straight, the cut should be able to support the hair's natural density and texture.
Her goal is to give every client an individualized style that look good with minimal fuss and look great with limited styling. Your everyday hairstyle should look great with minimal manipulation and should take no longer than 10 minutes to style.
For styles that are exaggerated from the hair's natural textures; the cut should help minimize styling time.
Gwendolyn also offers complimentary clean ups (bang trims/neck trims) in between cuts to keep you looking your best and to prolong your haircut.

It’s almost hard to put into words how phenomenal Gwen is! Roughly 16 years ago (I was 18), I decided to cut off my hair. I went to her. I have very thick wavy hair and every attempt to have it cut short had inevitably turned into nothing short of a puffy natural disaster on my head. Upon recommendation from a friend, I went in, sat in her chair, said I want something shorter and let her run with it.
16 years later, she is still the best and my loyalty knows no bounds. I do not have some run of the mill haircut. I have pretty crazy attention getting hair and it gets noticed…and, no, it’s not colored with anything strange. It’s all about the style. Over the years, we have never had a style or creativity rut, never.
Long story short, she does not disappoint. She has mad mechanical skills, and if you just let her do her job she will make you look and feel amazing. I live in LA now, and I have found a pretty great “replacement”, but she still cuts my hair when I am home.
